AddressRegion Director Quality-India, MEA
The Regional Quality Director will be responsible for driving a Quality Culture and deliver on highest quality products, and robust processes across the Company.The position will be responsible for driving quality systems implementation and maintenance, effective quality complaints management, and lead transformation change that will improve overall quality.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech with 12+ years in Quality Domain in Chemical / FMCG global organisation and at least 10+ years of Leadership experience leading Quality organisation at India & region level
- A proven track record of success in Quality improvement projects, and a deep understanding of Quality systems and processes.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to delivering superior results.
- Six Sigma and other Quality Certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the implementation of quality systems such as ISO9000 etc. Responsible for the qualification and compliance audit for certification.
- Ensure proper capture, organization, and distribution of company procedures and support documents.
- Design, lead and deliver coordinated quality assurance work plans at manufacturing sites, which meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Utilize lean tools, methodologies, and disciplines throughout the quality management system and work with manufacturing sites' leadership to ensure processes that enable quality to be cost-effectively built into the product.
- Lead problem-solving process into the escalation process enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage quality control, compliance, inspection, and incident systems in cooperation with plants' quality managers.
