Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, from sourcing and screening to final offer stages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage various job applications received through different portals like Linkedin, Naukri.com etc
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Manage pre-interview and post-interview communication with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage the in-person interview process - receiving candidates, driving multiple rounds of interviews with various managers and debriefing the candidate after the interview.
- Manage database of shortlisted candidates as per various job descriptions.
- Upload and maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Conduct salary negotiations in alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Facilitate day-zero onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and closing offers
- Knowledge of sourcing through job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs etc.
- Strong G-Suite & MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- People oriented and results driven with an exceptionally high level of integrity and work ethics
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure
