Senior Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Experience with Media Mix models in any of these industries retail/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Travel
- Implemented regression models/ forecasting models / mixed models /hierarchical linear models for MMM
- Good Understanding of ATL/ BTL marketing vehicles and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with different types of adstock effects, saturation effects
- Implemented optimization solution for media budget allocation
- Developed MMM scenario planner and optimization tool using Python and Flask API
- Knowledge of AWS services like Sagemaker, Fargate will be preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated product development skills to drive innovation and packaging of ideas to address client's needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven hands-on expertise building advanced analytics solutions to roll-up sleeves, lead the team and own the space
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline with 6+ years of work experience in Media Mix models in any of these industries retail/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Travel.
- Strong analytical, statistical/machine learning and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and build solutions.
- Implemented regression models/ forecasting models / mixed models /hierarchical linear models for MMM.
