Job Description
- Single point of contact for the customer stakeholders leading end-to-end delivery of projects (design, develop and implement) in-line with agreed statement of work
- Develop project scopes & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress but be flexible and respond to change
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Help the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget to meet the business needs measured through agreed KPIs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate to management as needed
- Support for Project acquisitions, Resource onboarding, team building, team performance dialog
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years experience in project management of a complex project/multi- disciplinary project/ product development projects
- Experience managing projects involvingCloud, IoT, Data Analytics, Product-Centric Development
- Certification in Project management (PMP) and Agile methodology is preferred
- Experience in systems / requirements engineering.
- Good understanding of Engineering processes
- Good written / verbal communication and presentation skills to discuss issues / solutions with team and external customer.
- Flexible, willing to travel and participate for customer, vendor interactions
- Ability to structure, moderate and promote collaboration with international teams, negotiate with customer, support global organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, innovative thinking.
- Ability to work independently in an organized and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports a systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.
