Address Manager - Social Welfare Program/Wider World Program needed in a School in Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibilities -
Community Outreach - Planning, implementation and monitoring of grade-wise community outreach programs for children across the school. This includes coordination of all the community outreach initiatives run by the school with identified partners.
Internships: Every student who graduates will complete 2 internship projects in the last two years of school. It is the role of the manager to ensure that the students complete the internships, present their reports and are evaluated based on their presentations.
Field Trips and Guest Lectures: School aims to ensure that all learning experiences are supported by real life exposure. For this, every student must get multiple opportunities to learn from real life experiences by the way of field trips and guest lectures. The role is to manage such partnerships.
Experience & Education
- 6-8 years of relevant experience- managing educational projects and teams
- Prior experience in organizing physical and online events/programs
- Domain knowledge of skills development programs/ Social Development/Social Work/ Education/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Entrepreneurship/ Child Rights/Impact assessment
- Masters in any of the domains mentioned above and/or Business/Management
- Excellent communication skills in English language.
- Knowing spoken Kannada is an added advantage
