AddressProgram Manager for Customer Success -E-COMMERCE

- The Program Manager is a senior leadership position. It is a leadership position for Customer Success team whose time is roughly divided between 70% leading a team of Delivery Managers and Professional Services Engineers to ensure quick and effective implementation of eCommerce solutions for customers using the client's Platform. The remain 30% should be spent with customers on strategic initiatives.
- The Customer Success team works with customers to design and implement solutions that maximize return on investment and optimize their eCommerce initiatives. The team will comprise of eCommerce technology experts to solve complex infrastructure for eCommerce product discovery and associated challenges, always with a mind to our customer’s business strategy.
- Manage a team of 4-8 members.
- Partner with Sales Managers to monitor sales pipeline and perform strategic account planning.
- Participate in Professional Services management team meetings, representing assigned regions and division.
- Own resource planning and resource assignment for assigned sales regions.
- Provide technical and architectural expertise in positioning and integrating products and services within a customer’s environment.
- Build customer relationships by analyzing technology trends, gathering business requirements, and developing and designing solutions.
- Interact with sales team and the customer during the pre-sales cycle to provide implementation scope and estimates, create proposals and Statements of Work, and conduct trials.
