Role Overview: The Operations Assistant ensures smooth daily operations through meticulous organization and effective problem-solving. This role involves managing student records, maintaining inventory, overseeing facility cleanliness, running operational errands, supporting events, managing equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining an organized and efficient working environment and offering a supportive atmosphere for skill development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage daily attendance, payment, and other student records
2. Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for staff and clients
3. Conduct inventory checks and order supplies
4. Coordinate facility cleanliness with housekeeping
5. Execute operational errands efficiently
6. Support event logistics and activities
7. Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment
8. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service maintenance
9. Perform various administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational skills

3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
4. Experience in an administrative or operational role is beneficial
