Responsibilities:
Revenue Assurance Oversight:
- Develop and implement Revenue Assurance strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate revenue leakage and ensure accurate billing.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Revenue Assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Revenue Assurance function.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to Revenue Assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze revenue streams, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
