Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring inter company financial compliance
- Enforcement of financial policies to safeguard the Company
- Compliance with enforcement of financial requirements working actively with accountants and with auditors
- Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Preapring the financial documents according to internal company rules and Indian domestic rules
- Coordinating with outsourcing companies for accounting activities (payroll payments, reimbursement, etc.)
- Coordinating with members in Singapore for every operation
Necessary Skill / Experience
- More than 3 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting Dept.
- Working experience working in or for the outsourcing industry
- Detail oriented with a keen eye on cash management with weekly reports to seniors on cash position to ensure better financial management
- Highly organized, and personality that embodies integrity, good business ethics, and trustworthiness to perform the job function
- Solid knowledge of financial compliance and accounting regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Working experience in MNC companies handling Indian Finance & Accounting operations collaborating with overseas team members.
- CA certification
- Wokring experience in Japanese company
- Japanse language skill
