Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Management Assistant to efficiently handle a diverse range of tasks varying from child care to house management to vendor identification and ops tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for vendors and coordinating services.
- Managing food arrangements and handling grocery orders.
- Obtaining signatures and seals as required.
- Facilitating physical games and playdates for the kid.
- Booking services through Dunzo and other platforms.
- Scheduling online classes and coordinating play area visits.
- Arranging for auditors and employees as needed.
- Handling miscellaneous tasks and assignments.
- Setting up playdates and organizing recreational activities.
- Form filling and administrative support.
- Aiding in revision and daily study updates.
- House inspection and communication with the maid for cleaning updates.
- Tracking maid's leaves and additional responsibilities.
- Creating question papers based on the child's learning.
- Baking and assisting in cooking.
- Managing class schedules for various activities.
- Crafting cards or gifts for birthdays and anniversaries.
- Tracking chits and managing doctor appointments.
- Renewal of online classes.
- Taking the kid to summer classes and birthday parties.
- Ordering and tracking supplies.
- Monitoring medicine supply for the child.
- Feeding and caring for the child.
- Organizing games and booking vendors when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed minimum 12th.
- Must be fluent in spoken English.
Salary: 18,000 to 25,000.
Location: Bellandur (On site)
Work Schedule: 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday
