Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating the company's database with accurate and current information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Quotation Tracker Management:
Effectively manage the Quotation Tracker, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
Support teams in gathering necessary information for the preparation of quotations.
Payment Processing & Client Creation:
Raise and process tickets for the timely and accurate processing of payments.
Work closely with relevant teams to facilitate smooth payment transactions.
Generate tickets and follow established procedures for client creation.
Vendor and R&D Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with vendors and R&D teams for re-print products.
communication between different departments to ensure project timelines are met.
Procure stamp paper or arrange for franking as needed for official documents.
Maintain a record of stamp paper and franking usage for tracking purposes.
Courier Management:
Track and coordinate courier services for timely deliveries.
Ensure accurate documentation and handle logistics related to courier shipments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
