AddressResponsibilities
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer to execute key projects and manage the end-to-end execution of the same.
- Collaborate and follow up with cross functional teams to tackle high-priority tasks.
- Plan and review projects & processes, analyze any red flags and organize interventions to keep things on track, etc.
- Shadow the CSO on all key external and internal meetings and ensure detailed documentation and follow-ups.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing calendars & appointments, managing correspondence, complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, etc.
- Handling any other ad hoc duties or tasks delegated by the management to ensure smooth operations and support their productivity.
- Design, develop, and sustain data trackers and dashboards.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech from a Premier Institute with 2 - 4 yrs of project management experience preferably in a similar role.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Should be technically sound.
- Advanced Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfortable with ambiguity..
- Willing to travel extensively - Domestic and International
