Key Accounts Manager - eCommerce/Modern Trade
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts within the Ecommerce/Modern Trade channel.
- This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and strategizing to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve revenue/sales targets as specified.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance and opportunities for improvement.
