Job description

Key Objective of the Job:
- Developing new alliances with Builders, Developers and Institutions
- Facilitating Local Direct Sales Team in achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them
Major Deliverables:
- To spearhead Business Development and marketing activities for institutions and developer/ builder segment.
- To build and execute sales strategies for new/existing institutional client and builder segment for all home loan products.
- Responsible for visiting various builders and institutions for the marketing of Home Loan Products.
- Responsible for meeting the decision makers in order to generate new accounts and relationship. Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporate.
- Understanding marketing schemes which can be offered to builders and come up with product/Scheme at TCHFL as USP.
- Tie up with builders to in order to promote the sale of their apartments against fee through existing local home loan sales team apart from retail loan to the prospective customers.
- Understanding builders expectations and retail customer expectations and create a product which suit them and build book of TCHFL with reasonable profits.
- Participation in Exhibition & Trade Shows to generate incremental business and brand awareness if required
- Gather market intelligence, track competitors’ activities and plan to convert these inputs into leads and retail conversions
- Liaise with the legal, technical and sales team for converting into APFs quickly
Specialized job competencies:
- Knowledge of big corporate and institutions, geographic nuances
- Should depict customer centricity in daily behavior
- Ability to handle Key Accounts and strategic partners
- Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills
Educational Qualification: MBA with relevant experience of 6 to 8 years
