Position Overview


This position is responsible for ensuring that the TA processes are aligned with global standards and tools. Partner with TA Director on the leadership hiring. This position will collaborate with stakeholders for designing, implementing, and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Driving process improvements, enhancing candidate experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities:


Process Governance:


  • Develop, document, and refine end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency in line with global standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Implement best practices and industry benchmarks to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR Solutions team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with global comp consultant on industry market trends and share best practices for market benchmarking
  • Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in Talent Acquisition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize processes.

Reporting & Data Governance


  • Oversee data governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Regular, predictable delivery of our recruitment dashboards (data collection, cleansing, interpretation, and presentation)
  • Delivery of bespoke, customized reports and analyses, in response to ad hoc people-related queries.
  • Drive and support HR analytics projects, as well as other strategic programs.
  • Identify and propose opportunities to further standardize, automate and improve our data management, reporting, and systems. Development of new ways of working, new forms of data categorization, new ways to leverage all available systems etc.
  • Undertake specific recruitment analytics projects – from hypothesis formation, through data collection, mining, and analysis, to insight generation and communication.

Compliance and Diversity:


  • Ensure that Talent Acquisition processes comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment process optimization, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
