Reporting to Director - Sales
Objective of the role To contribute to the business growth by partnering with the sales team & Distributor Partners
Key Responsibilities - The role holder leads the Sales Development & Sales Support charter for Unibic by driving the following -
Credit Control & Stock Audits -
- To ensure credit approvals for Distributor partners as per defined SLAs
- To ensure timely collection of Credit from Distributor Partners, ensuring legal actions for defaulters
- To own the end-to-end stock audit process for warehouse stock as well for Claims and expiry cases
- To own the pricing and process audits & compliance as per defined SLAs
Customer Support -
- To own the distributor onboarding process and operations of distributor application management system, while maintaining customer data across channels
- To manage distributor issues & grievances, follow through resolution.
- To ensure pro-active connect with distributor partners to gauze the feedback and challenges, creating action plan basis the feedback data.
- To ensure pro-active connect to Non billed /discontinued customers with the possibility to restore customer confidence and restart business.
- To lead the distributor damage and expiry claim process and ensure timely closures as per defined SLAs and compliance guidelines
Data Analytics & Process Excellence -
- To track and update Distributor Partner data on a day-to-day basis, analyze the same to draw insights for business
- Create Reports and dashboards for the consumption of Business leadership.
- To drive process improvement & process excellence initiatives for sales support
KRA - Customer Support & sales Development
- Reducing revenue leakages in the system
- Process Excellence & Process adherence
