What you’ll do:
Co ordiantion with Internal and external customer to achieve their satisfaciton by fulfilling their requriements on time
- To ensure orders received are acknowledged on time
- Ensure that the delivery dates are the best dates to customers
- Ensure timely execution of orders
- Co-ordination for Advance payments
- Quality communication to customers and sales
- Provide data in an expeditious manner to the Credit Controller to clear shipments
- To send the proforma invoice to customers
- To obtain Pre dispatch of purchase order amendments from customers
- Co-ordinating with customer and the factory for pre dispatch inspection
- To review the Order review checklist for processing the order and for documentation
- Dispatch clearance to factory for invoicing
- Coordination with internal team and external team ( customers) to have change in the dates to attain OTTR.
- Handling customer Repair & returns
Qualifications:
Education level required Commerce Graduation
Years and area of experience required 10-15 years experience
