This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive in our Chennai office at Blend and Weave. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for calling potential customers and promoting our products or services. They will also use persuasion skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills to answer any customer queries and generate sales leads.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Able to convince customers and handle rejection in sales calls
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers
Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for sales
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Willing to work in. Chennai at Blend and Weave's office, full-time
Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field is a plus,
