BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Independent Cost Calculation:
- Independently calculate product costs, considering various factors such as materials, labor, overhead, and other associated expenses.
- Ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies to enhance the company's market position.
Team Coordination:
- Demonstrate effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and finance, to achieve common goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
OEM and Tier 1 Experience:
- Possess in-depth experience working with prominent automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as VW, Mahindra, TATA, as well as Tier 1 suppliers like IAC, Lear, Faurecia, Varroc, etc.
Part Number Wise Sales Management:
- Implement and oversee a systematic part number wise sales tracking mechanism.
- Ensure efficient monitoring and alignment of plant dispatch activities with customer orders.
Customer Satisfaction and Cost Recovery:
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Develop strategies for cost recovery to maintain profitability and customer relationships.
Business Growth and Profitability:
- Drive the growth of the company by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Formulate and execute strategies to increase profitable business ventures.
Financial Knowledge:
- Possess strong financial acumen to understand and analyze profitability metrics.
- Utilize financial insights to make informed decisions and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.
- HAVING EXPERIENCE OF car interiors like seats, Doors, Instrument panel, console, experience is preferred but not limited to.
