Job Summary:
We are looking for well-polished Business Development Asst. Manager individually responsible for sales of Glulam Timber (Premium Solid Wood) Doors/ Windows, Wooden Cottages & Ultra Luxury Wood House to high potential HNI/ NRIs and Business Persons. Someone from Sales, Marketing & Business Development of Luxury Furniture, high end ultra-luxury interior or ceramic industry segment will do.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Meeting Individual Clients, Architects/Interior designers, real estate developers for getting new business for the company.
- Involved in detailing and discussion with architects/clients for discussing the scope of work.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
- Handling the sales process starts from pre-sales approaches to after-sales services independently.
- Should have good contacts in the industry & market to be used for new Business Development.
- Research potential buyers in assigned territory & find ways contacting them to establish rapport.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings with potential buyers & visit them at their premises.
- Having network with big ticket size businessman or CXO from multinational companies (MNC).
- Developing new markets & growing sales using technique i.e. Cross Sell, Up Sell & ask references.
- You should have knowledge of developing quotations and sharing RFI/ proposals for clients.
- You should be good in concept sales as a sales consultant/ project consultant worth in crores.
- Should be able to communicate benefits of Glulam Timber to prospective clients such High Strength (Stronger than Steel), Moisture Resistance, Fire Resistance & Earthquake Resistance.
- Should have done Business Development for any of the luxury lifestyle products such as property, interior hardware or sanitary ware or ceramics.
Desired Profile:
- Someone into Luxury Residential, Real Estate Sales and Business Development would be an added advantage.
- Someone from High -end home Furniture/ Lighting/ Sanitary ware or some products that are used in high-end residential projects.
- Someone having Network with Big Shots such as Rich Politicians, Industrialist, Unicorn Founders, Venture Capitalists, Well Known Architects, Luxury Interior Designers, High End Real Estate Developers, Builders and Contractors will be a great match.
- Someone into investment banking for portfolio management or hedge funds or other financial products selling to high income professionals.
- Should have Network with Elite class rich persons and keep grooming his contacts by attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
