.Managing the process end to end as per SOP
.Validations and necessary actions as per process matrix
.Comply with the process timelines (SLA / TAT)
.Familiar with HRMS data management will be an added advantage
.Ability to review, collaborate, mange client/Stakeholder request, and answer queries.
.Interact and anticipate the needs of Business & Project by developing effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
.Clearly understand the work expectation, timelines, efforts, and ability to work well under pressure with high attention to details
.Comply with risk management requirements, keep track of potential threats while maintaining processing invoices.
.Run data audits, and research and resolve any discrepancies
.Prepare & maintain process documents and required reports as per need of business.
ROLE BRIEF:
As an HR Analyst or Senior Analyst focusing on process management, your role would involve analyzing HR data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing streamlined processes, and utilizing data to enhance HR operations. You could also be involved in developing and maintaining HR metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the HR department along with process adherence.
Preferred Skills.Strong problem solving and data management skills as well as ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
.Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
.Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to adapt communication upwards and downwards for appropriate levels of detail
.Maintain quality of deliverables and suggest process enhancements
.Experience in Stakeholder Management.
.Experience of working on Service Request modules for HR domain (Not mandate skills, would be a preference)
