- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Administer employee letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and other employment-related transactions.
- End to end monthly salary processing
- Compliance report preparation and submission
- Manage the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports
- Attendance & leave management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Address routine employee inquiries and addressing grievances
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve employee relations issues
- To manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees across multiple locations
- To support statutory compliance, internal/external audits, benefits administration, and payroll system/process changes.
- Perform audits of payroll tax computation and compliance.
- Cooperate and/or drive continuous improvement projects related to payroll processing. Coordinate year end activities in cooperation with payroll provider.
