We are looking for an Operations Analyst who would manage complex transactions and quality checks
Job Summary
As an Operations Analyst you will be responsible for managing complex transactions, quality checks and also making sure you are well aware and manage queries and exceptions along side yo would also be training the new joiners on the process.
Job Responsibilities

- Quality check
- Query & exception management
- New Joiner Trainings
- Buddy assistance/ floor support
- Prepare EOD reports
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations
- Good understanding of Loan Documents and loan amortization schedules, interest calculations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders
