Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquiring Operations for EDC, MPOS payment terminals
- Chargeback Monitoring with Merchants & Bank
- Reconciliation & Settlement Processing for Aggregator Merchants across multiple Payment Modes – CARD/UPI/BQR/WALLET/CNP/BNPL/DCEMI
- Monitoring Merchant Queries & Escalations
- Working with Teams on Automation Requests & Developments
- Monitoring & Supporting Team in Day to Day to Activities with Expertise & Ensure no leakage in Quality nor Productivity
Core Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge on Payment Industry
- Experience in Acquiring/Issuing Model – Added Advantage
- Exposure to Interchange, MCC’s & MDR Based on Card Categories
- Experience in Payment Domain
- 1-3 years of experience
