What This Position is All About
The Imports/Inbound Import Analyst, would be responsible for providing support to the Imports/Exports in preparing documentation for imports, monitoring the status of shipments, and providing support to vendors and suppliers that may require technical help.
Managing the traffic mailbox, aligning and coordinating with third-party vendors, and monitoring their feeds.
We need to coordinate with key stakeholders in. the merchant teams and ensure that all queries regarding open PO tracking are addressed.
Role demands that the person be savvy in terms of understanding basic
reporting and drawing insights to provide meaningful analysis arising out of the data sets pertaining to inbound operations.
This role will require previous experience in imports/exports from the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
The role will report to the Director of Supply Chain Analysis, based in Bangalore.
They will liaison with Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance and Merchandising teams with co-works in Bangalore, Canada and US.
