So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our partners, customers and their clients every day. We want someone who is an experienced Product Manager with proven track-record in building ecosystems and partner solutions. In the job, Lead Product Manager,Partners & Ecosystem, you will drive product strategy and vision for partner solutions in the ShareFile solution platform domain, and work closely with our global network of partners to develop innovative solutions and templates for our catalog to help grow our business: 


This role will have ownership of product strategy and planning from discovery to solution design, execution, and adoption. This includes: 


  • Product Strategy: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs. 


  • Drive Vision: Lead the vision for partner built solutions for our catalog. Work closely with partners and developers to enable solution build and new platform use cases, understand partner business models, incentives, and help them create solutions to solve impactful problems for our customers. 


  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives. 


  • Market Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify partner, developer, and customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. 


  • Requirement Definition: Working closely with partners, developers, customers, sales, and support teams to gather requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable product specifications and user stories. 


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches and satisfied customers. 


  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging with key stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. 


  • Product Optimization: Monitoring product performance, analyzing user data, and gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations. This specific role will focus on needs of our partners and third-party developers to optimize their experience and ability to deliver solutions. 


  • Product Evangelism: Serving as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the product to partners, developers, customers, prospects, and the market. 



Basic Qualifications: 


· 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in similar field 


· Experience working with SaaS and Technology, software applications in B2B or B2C 


· Experience working with partner and developer ecosystem in a similar role, supporting partner and developer product vision and GM activities 


· Experience in a developer or customer facing role, consulting, customer success, support, sales or business development is a plus 


· Background in products or consulting with low-code / no-code development solutions and strong process mapping skills 


 · Bachelor degree required within business administration, computer science, or similar field. Master degree is a plus 


· Experience with process mapping, data analysis, competitive analysis, business and market trends 


Preferred Qualifications: 


Lead a product area of ShareFile focused on partner built solutions and developer ecosystem.  Help drive incremental improvements to capabilities, which include partner and developer tools and experience to increase successful solution creation on our platform.


Partner & Developer Focus: Drive focus on the partner and developer experience and help these users drive successful outcomes and objectives. Be a subject matter expert of our partner and ecosystem area, including its features and functionality, user experience, and connections to other parts of the platform. 


Strong Business Acumen: Understanding the business aspects of SaaS solutions for Work Ecosystem Development, Management, Automation, Document Workflows, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Ability to align product strategies with business goals and make data-driven decisions. 


Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of low code development tools, cloud software development processes and technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies, cloud computing, APIs, developer tools, marketplaces, and other software-related concepts is beneficial. 


Customer Discovery: Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, engage with potential and existing customers to validate assumptions and identify new opportunities for product development. Experience identifying and solving user pain points, conducting market research and contribute to the business case for investment areas. 


Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead cross functional teams including engineering, design, solution delivery and go to market teams for desired outcomes. Experience working closely with engineering scrum teams, product design, GTM teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. 


Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable product strategies working closely with engineering, marketing and design teams. Capacity to envision long-term product roadmaps and make strategic trade-offs. 


Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, customers, and external stakeholders. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are also important.
