The position
As a Global Project Lead - CVD Marketing, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive primary market research, including segmentation and positioning, to inform brand strategy and tactics development.
- Generate and synthesize secondary insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with global and affiliate stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and apply corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management and develop and implement brand strategies and tactics.
- Foster effective communication and cross-functional cooperation with affiliates and manage internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above in a relevant area.
- Minimum formal project management training equivalent to 10 full days of continued professional education.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with specific experience in early asset or marketing/brand strategy in major global markets.
- Experience in CVD, rare diseases, or oncology is a plus.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical product development and marketization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and deep understanding of different functions across the pharmaceutical value chain.
About the department
The Commercial - GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial - GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
