The position
As a Digital HealthProject Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Develop the Digital Health strategy for Ocedurenone in collaboration with the global commercial responsible and Digital Health team.
- Ensure the piloting and execution of solutions in collaboration with other CVD portfolio solutions, innovation garage, Digital Health, and IT teams.
- Support organizational readiness for the launch of Ocedurenone.
- Proactively manage projects independently and ensure progress according to plan and timelines.
- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organization.
Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Commercial or Scientific Masters degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Disease or market knowledge within cardio-renal is a clear advantage.
- Experience working in pharma marketing/ sales role is an advantage.
- Prior experience in Digital Health strategy for pharma, incubating or developing digital solutions and partnerships is a must.
- Experience in a multinational organization and/or consulting firms.
- Proven experience of driving and executing strategic projects.
About the department
The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
