The position
As a LAP Project Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Drive the LAP process in close collaboration with global launch lead through development of presentations, templates, dashboards, and meeting management.
- Provide project management, tactical coordination, budget management, and executional support on prioritized LAP projects.
- Work with a broad array of global internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Adhere to budgets, agreed timelines, and quality requirements.
- Proactively manage projects independently and ensure progress according to plan and timelines.
- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organization.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualification.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on execution and getting things done.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and lead projects effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
- Knowledge of Lean Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and Agile Product Management.
- Experience working & collaborating with global & affiliate partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the department
The LAP Project Lead will be part of the Commercial – GBS unit, located in Bangalore, India. Our team is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. We also support BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Our department is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
