- Monitor, and analyse system performance and provide valid recommendations and suggestions to improve performance from an operational standpoint.
- Proactively support the IT team to assist in the resolution of escalated issues and problems raised by other technicians and support agent
- Collaborate with external vendors to acquire contracts for services such as development platforms and renew software licenses etc.
- Develop, implement, and enforce best practice policies and procedures for the IT department.
- Directs technological operations by studying organizational practices and goals.
- Monitors an organization's servers, networks, and computer systems for irregularities and performance issues
- Ensures compliance with all internal organization standards as a step towards sustained quality of service.
- Communicates all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
