Business Development Lead

Position Overview: As a Business Development Lead at Bright, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and expanding our network within the healthcare industry. Your expertise will be pivotal in not only attracting new providers but also in ensuring their successful integration into the Bright ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Engagement: Engage with potential providers, understanding their needs and articulating the value proposition of the Bright platform. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the onboarding process.


- Account Management: Manage provider accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to full integration. Offer continuous support and guidance to providers, helping them maximize the benefits of the Bright platform.


- Strategic Development: Identify and implement strategies to enhance provider acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings and user experience.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to shape business strategies.
Requirements :


- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or fintech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficiency in CRM software, SaaS software, Intercom- and Microsoft Office suite.
