- Inviting candidates for the role of leading Business Development & Account Management team for pan-India business within upcoming SBU at the company targeting clients from technical and engineering institutions in Higher Learning and Education based out of Delhi NCR/Bengaluru
Role:
1. Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the education sector,
2. Develop and execute sales strategies
3. Manage relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth in the education sector, specifically targeting technical and engineering institutions.
2. Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential partnerships with technical and engineering institutions and stakeholders.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in technical and engineering institutions, including senior leaders, faculty, and administrators.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical and engineering education solutions that meet customer needs.
5. Negotiate and close deals with technical and engineering institutions, including contracts and partnership agreements.
6. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement, follow-up, and communication.
7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform sales and partnership strategies.
Essential Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in partnership management, alliance sales, Business Development, or key account management, preferably in the Edtech sector targeting technical and engineering institutions.
3. Strong knowledge of the technical and engineering education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in technical and engineering education.
5. Experience in managing complex partnerships and accounts, including negotiating contracts, developing joint solutions, and managing relationships.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
