The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript along with a background in providing Level 2 support for software applications. Key Responsibilities: Responding to and resolving technical issues reported by customers and internal teams. Investigating root causes of incidents and identifying appropriate solutions or workarounds. Providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders regarding the status of reported issues. Collaborating with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Participating in incident management and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues. Performing proactive monitoring of systems and applications to identify potential issues before they escalate. Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering roles. Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a Level 2 support role. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
