- Provide first level of IT support to end user
- Daily open ticket / email request monitoring and aim for closure
- Support for Video Conferences, Audio Conferences & Meeting Support
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Resolving system & application issues / incidents
- Liaise with vendors and other IT functional teams for problem resolution
- Project task handling including but not limited to desktop and software deployment
- Coordination with Support teams on exceptions or Senior / VIP issues
- Maintaining endpoint compliance
- Asset inventory Management updating & maintaining inventory of assets for the location.
- Strong knowledge of Computers in Troubleshooting Hardware & Software issues.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 Google suit, Antivirus, Windows patching, etc. Linux client would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of printers, laptop hardware , projectors, networking
- Basic knowledge of Audio Conf, Video Conf& AV tools preferred.
