Job description

  • Provide first level of IT support to end user
  • Daily open ticket / email request monitoring and aim for closure
  • Support for Video Conferences, Audio Conferences & Meeting Support
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Resolving system & application issues / incidents
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT functional teams for problem resolution
  • Project task handling including but not limited to desktop and software deployment
  • Coordination with Support teams on exceptions or Senior / VIP issues
  • Maintaining endpoint compliance
  • Asset inventory Management updating & maintaining inventory of assets for the location.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Computers in Troubleshooting Hardware & Software issues.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 Google suit, Antivirus, Windows patching, etc. Linux client would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of printers, laptop hardware , projectors, networking
  • Basic knowledge of Audio Conf, Video Conf& AV tools preferred.
