Role Description
This is a full-time, hands-on role for a Software Engineering Manager at Maitsys in Madurai. The Software Engineering Manager will oversee software development, leading a team, software design, project management, and distributed systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Software Development, Software Design, and Distributed Systems
- Experience in React, Node.js, react native
- Hands-on experience in Application development, Mobile development
- Team Leadership and Project Management
- Experience in managing and leading Software Engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with project planning and execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
