Key Skills Required :
- Overall more than 4 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Shopper Marketing role and leading the performance marketing
- Good understanding of creating an annual operating plan with channels
- Experience in key account management in E-commerce domain would be an advantage.
- Very strong with data analysis
Key Responsibilities Areas :
- Implement media goals, Reach, ROI / RoAS & other metrics that tie in with category goals and account strategy
- Planning monthly promo for all Ecommerce chains nationally focusing on competition trends, historical spends and business requirements
- Closing annual Activation calendars for all Customers for all E-commerce channels
- Driving bottom-line for Ecommerce channels by optimizing pricing, spends and discounts.
- Designing ecommerce strategy and aligning channel priorities with leadership team
- Planning Marketing, category development & Campaign activity to drive business i.e. budget, right product mix, increase market share
- Analyze sales, consumer, shopper and competitions insight to understand performance of brands/category to respond to the changing market dynamics
- Build focus brands / NPIs by ensuring the right media mix / investments to get the flywheel moving
- Create the playbook for new launches and events by driving both performance and content specific to each account
- Jointly own the Platform Business with KAMs
- Understand the platforms and be up to date with evolving store formats (Assets/UI/UX changes etc.) and interventions
- Be up to date with latest tools and technologies available in the market to maximize performance
