- Build Key Account Plan for the responsible accounts clearly articulating strategies and action in the short and medium term with focus on value based selling.
- Deliver on the Annual Sales Plan for Key Accounts - All business metrics for Key Accounts need to be quantified and the goal at the end of the year needs to be improving our share of wallet and profitability at the responsible accounts.
- Drive cross functional team interactions between AD and Key accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis as agreed.
- Publish monthly Key Account Dashboard performance.
- Manage and Maintain the record of opportunity pipeline for Share gain and New innovation projects.
- Timely collection of accounts receivables to meet DSO targets.
- Monitor Competition and Industry trends and propose actions to mitigate risks.
