Responsibilities
• Agree on scope of services and KPIs• Establish SOP for each service• Disseminate SOP and KPIs• Drive service delivery as per KPIs• Identify opportunities for expanding services• Escalate service issues• Renew contracts and commercial terms• Ensure regular reporting of KPIs• Schedule reviews and execute agreed actions• Resolve customer issues
