Address- The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA, with post qualification 10-12 years of experience in Accounting, ROC, Internal Audit, Company secretarial duties, Banking operations, Taxation and MIS. This position would report to Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting Internal Audits - Review of Audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
- Manage company secretarial function, including filing statutory documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Timely producing an accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by coordinating with the internal finance team.
- Liaising with bank.
- Supporting Group CFO on day-to-day activities.
- Managing ROC related matters and coordination with Company Secretary for other secretarial matters.
- Responsible for compliances in MSME, DPT, Banking, RBI etc.
Preferred Experience:
- Well-versed with IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and capable of managing various financial aspects of the company efficiently.
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Ensuring compliances with all tax obligations, including filing of tax returns and payment of taxes.
