Job description

Education and eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, MBA will be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or a client-facing role within the healthcare industry.

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regulated healthcare environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Pipeline Management and Key Account Management: Conducting meetings with the clients. Managing the sales pipeline involves tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through each stage of the sales process. You would use CRM tools and sales management techniques to prioritize leads, follow up on inquiries, and progress opportunities toward closure. This requires effective time management and organizational skills to ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Handling Key Accounts.
2. Sales Process Optimization: You would continuously evaluate and optimize the outbound sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This could involve refining lead generation strategies, streamlining the sales pipeline, and implementing best practices for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
3. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key sales metrics and performance indicators are essential aspects of the role. You would track sales performance against targets, identify trends and patterns, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing a CRM system effectively is crucial for managing customer interactions, tracking leads, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle. You would ensure that the sales team utilizes the CRM system efficiently and that customer data is accurately maintained and leveraged for targeted outreach and follow-up. 5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences is vital for success in outbound sales. 6. Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Effective collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential for aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives. You would work closely with these teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product messaging that support outbound sales initiatives and drive customer engagement and conversion.
7. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Actively soliciting and incorporating customer feedback is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You would gather feedback from sales interactions, monitor customer satisfaction metrics, and advocate for customer needs and preferences within the organization to ensure ongoing product improvement and service excellence.
8. Product Knowledge: You must have a deep understanding of the aesthetic laser equipment offered by your brand. This includes knowledge of product features, specifications, performance capabilities, and competitive advantages. Your expertise allows you to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to potential customers.
9. Customer Consultation: As a technical sales professional, you often serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand how your products can meet their specific needs and requirements. This involves engaging in consultative sales conversations, asking probing questions to uncover customer pain points, and recommending tailored solutions that address those needs.
10. Technical Demonstrations and Training: You would conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers to showcase the features and capabilities of aesthetic laser equipment. These demonstrations are interactive and tailored to the customer's interests and preferences. Providing training to the customer about the product, re-training of the product to the ongoing customers.
11. Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with customers is essential for long-term success in technical sales. You would focus on building rapport, trust, and credibility with customers through proactive communication, responsiveness to inquiries, and personalized attention to their needs. These relationships not only drive initial sales but also lead to repeat business and referrals.
12. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaboration with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, is critical for delivering a seamless customer experience. You would work closely with these teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements, coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions, and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
13. Collection: Collections typically refer to the process of following up with customers who have outstanding payments or debts to ensure that they are paid in a timely manner. This may involve contacting customers, sending reminders, negotiating payment terms, and resolving any issues that may be preventing payment.
