Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, striving to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and morale.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Please coordinate performance appraisal processes and make sure that evaluations are completed.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry trends to ensure company policies remain current and legally compliant.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts to nurture talent and promote internal mobility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
