The Responsibilities Are As Follows
- Collecting rosters from various departments and ensuring that they are updated in the system.
- Leave Management and ensuring that all the leaves are updated in the system regularly.
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner.
- Ensure all payroll information and record are maintained in accordance with the statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory compliance records and ensure that they are updated at all times.
- Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Manage and resolve all queries related to payroll.
- Ensuring all vendor related records are maintained and updated in a timely and compliant manner.
- Ensure PF & ESIC records are updated and submitted on time.
- Performing any other activity that may be assigned from time to time.
