Budgeted Salary Bracket: 17 - 22 lacs
MUST HAVEs:
1. Perfect balance between HRBP & IR/ER, Legal/Statutory
2. Updated knowledge (latest changes) on labour laws & Statutory Compliance
3. Last 5+ yrs must be based at manufacturing location with 500+ head count
Roles & Responsibility:
- Overall heading HR & IR department with supervision & control of KRA of HR Personnel in a manufacturing plant.
- Control of legal compliance & liaison with Govt. Offices.
- Responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training & development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance with labor laws.
- Work closely with plant management to ensure proper alignment of HR policies & Procedures with the business objective.
- Welfare activities
- Should have union exposure in manufacturing industries.
- Should focus on organizational development & steer HR initiatives
- Handle grievances procedure.
