- Daily, weekly and Monthly report, Incident and other reporting,
- Monitor day to day operations of clients, All kinds of manpower management at clients,
- Regular meeting with clients and share MoM, Maintain standard of all services,
- Vendor Management,
- Billing and payment follow up,
- Training, Surprise night check,
- Control shortages and fulfil manpower,
- Business development, Liaison with government bodies.
