Our expertise lies in 'Flat pack' furniture, and we have an in-house manufacturing facility. We currently serve clients in the USA, Canada, Italy, and Belgium.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with all local and national HR laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
