Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Recruitment support:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates
2. Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates regarding interview details
3. Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events
(b) HR administration:
1. Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
2. Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications
3. Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed
