Hr Recruiter

1. Design and update job description.

2. Source potential candidates by using databases and from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin)

3. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

5. Call Candidates

6. Maintain MIS.

7. Advertise job openings on social media, job portals or reference.

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the HR Manager.

9. Fixing up interviews

10. Performing on-boarding formalities for the new joinees.

11. Updating candidate status through ATS.

12. Handling internal recruitment software

13. Performing exit formalities for the released employees.

1. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

2. Experience with sourcing techniques using atleast one of the job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Hirect, Timesjobs and platforms like Linked In.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be preferred

5. Calling Experience is a must.

6. Graduate Freshers good at communication can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time

Office Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal

Applicable for Freshers -

1. Internship is available with Stipend. Period: 2-3 months.

2. On successful completion of the aforesaid internship period, the shortlisted interns shall be hired at our organization.

3.The shortlisted interns must agree to a contract of 24 months with our organization. Contract Summary: No resignation from his/her current role shall be accepted by the company in the first 24 months of his/her employment in the company.

Applicable for All -

1.Employment will be full time and the employee has to attend office on a daily basis.

2.There is no "work from home" provision for us till any circulation from the Government.
