Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager - HR & IRfor a reputed company in the Manufacturing Industry at West Bengal (Haldia) location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all statutory compliance of the unit
• Maintain healthy IR relation in the factory
• Attend to employee grievances
• Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, labour contractor registrations, factory, fire, pollution license/NOC, etc
• Liaison with local influencers and government department related to labour, factory, fire, pollution, etc
• Implement corporate HR policies
• Supervise security and admin facilities

Candidates Profile:

• 5 years + experience in factory, Contract Labor, IR issues, Grievance handling, Payroll, ISO audit, etc.
• Hardworking
• Positive attitude
• Punctual
