Job description:
Responsibilities in IR and compliance
- Oversee statutory compliance as applicable under law for all factories & establishment of the company.
- Reduce gap between desired and actual status
- Update monthly status through MIS
- Train unit HR on routine renewals and record maintenance
- Oversee regular worker induction, attendance & wage management issues.
- Maintain healthy IR relation
- Regular interaction with worker union & other interested parties
- Liaison with local administrative bodies – Police, Municipality, Corporation, Political teams
- Implement a grievance redressal mechanism through unit HR
- Attend to Industrial Dispute in concurrence with legal team
- Conduct internal audits on Health & Safety
