Human Resources Hr Internship In Kolkata At Hazzten

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR to join our team. As the HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources functions within our organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy enforcement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
5. Work on nurturing a positive working environment
6. Maintain pay plan and program
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Maintain HR documentation, such as employee handbook, standard operating.10. procedures, policies and guidelines, and service agreements
11. Maintain compliance with state, federal, or local labor or employment laws
